1. Definitions

  • “Grub Door” – The company operating the platform (app & website).

  • “Customer” – Any user placing orders through the platform.

  • “Merchant/Partner” – Restaurants, stores, or businesses offering products via Grub Door.

  • “Driver/Captain” – Independent delivery agents fulfilling orders.

  • “Services” – Ordering, payment, and delivery features offered by Grub Door.


2. Use of Services

  • Customers must be 18 years or older to use the app.

  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information (name, phone number, address, payment method).

  • Grub Door may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.


3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are shown in [Insert Currency] and may include applicable taxes or delivery fees.

  • Customers agree to pay the total shown at checkout.

  • Payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment (where available).

  • Once placed, orders cannot be canceled unless the merchant agrees.


4. Deliveries

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational issues.

  • Customers must be available at the delivery address during the chosen delivery window.

  • If a customer is unreachable, the order may be canceled and fees may still apply.


5. Merchant Responsibility

  • Merchants are responsible for the quality, preparation, and accuracy of items listed.

  • Grub Door is a technology platform, not the provider of food or products.


6. Refunds & Complaints

  • If an item is missing, wrong, or damaged, customers should report it within 24 hours via the app or support channels.

  • Refunds (partial or full) are at the discretion of Grub Door, the merchant, or applicable law.


7. Driver Responsibility

  • Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Grub Door.

  • Grub Door is not liable for driver misconduct but will take action against reported violations.


8. Account Security

  • Keep your login details confidential.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.


9. Image and Content Rights

All images and visual content displayed on the GrubDoor platform, including but not limited to food, product images, and designs, are the exclusive property of GrubDoor or its contracted partners and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

It is strictly prohibited for any user or third party to copy, download, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or use these images or any part thereof by any means or for any purpose, whether commercial or non-commercial, without prior written consent from GrubDoor management.

GrubDoor reserves the full right to take all necessary legal actions against any party that violates this clause.


10. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Misuse the app or services for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to damage or disrupt the platform.

  • Use fake accounts or fraudulent payment methods.


11. Limitation of Liability

  • Grub Door is not responsible for:

    • Food/product quality or safety (handled by merchants).

    • Delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

    • Indirect losses, including loss of profits or opportunities.


12. Changes to Terms

  • Grub Door may update these Terms at any time.

  • Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.


13. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws.

  • Disputes will be handled in the competent courts.
